Made to order timeline

Bodices and Belts ordered from the store take approximately 10-14 days.

Complete custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.

If there is a specific date you need items for, please don't hesitate to get in touch; a rush service for some items may be possible, which will incur an extra charge.

Shipping

Your order will be packaged with a dust bag, cleaning cloth and care instruction, before being boxed and posted.

Items are shipped with DHL Express at a flat rate of £9.99.

Returns & Refunds 

As every item is made to order, we need to get sizing right the first time, so please get in touch if you are unsure.

We do not accept returns, or exchange on worn items or pierced jewellery.

Made to measure items are not eligible for exchange or return, but we are happy to work with you to adjust if possible.

If an exchange is accepted, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the package is returned from a country which may incur customs charges, the customer MUST mark the package as a return, as they will be liable for any fees. The customer must get proof of postage when returning items as the package is their responsibility until it reaches us.
